Thanasis Gkalapis is a greek chef with years of professional experience in Michelin starred kitchens and 5 star hotels. Launching his career in Thessaloniki, he refined his craft at Athens’ Michelin starred Spondi 1*, followed by Stockholm’s award-winning Frantzen 3* and Fotografiska 1*. Returning to Greece, he led culinary teams at Elivi, Omma, and Santorini’s Hyatt. Currently in London, he creates bespoke dining experiences for UHNC guests.

George Athanasiadis has 15 years of experience as an executive, consultant, and private chef. Committed to the evolution and promotion of greek and mediterranean cuisine. Has worked as an executive in 5-star hotels and restaurants such as Bohemian Kea, Celestial in Kefalonia and Branco in Mykonos. He is also an instructor at a culinary school and worked at Danae Halkidiki with a key career highlight at the Michelin starred restaurants Amelia 2* in San Sebastian and Green House 2* London.
