Thanasis Gkalapis


Thanasis Gkalapis is a greek chef with years of professional experience in Michelin starred kitchens and 5 star hotels. Launching his career in Thessaloniki, he refined his craft at Athens’ Michelin starred Spondi 1*, followed by Stockholm’s award-winning Frantzen 3* and Fotografiska 1*. Returning to Greece, he led culinary teams at Elivi, Omma, and Santorini’s Hyatt. Currently in London, he creates bespoke dining experiences for UHNW guests.
